What we offer
We offer all fresh, made to order foods. We have a basic, but complete menu that will satisfy just about everyone that comes in. We also mention on the menu, that if you dont see anything just ask and we will ask the cook if he can make it?
You will find the atmosphere to be family oriented and a very happy and cozy place to eat and meet friends.
Our prices and servings are the best in town, with many telling us there was too much food. John and Betsy want everyone to to be satisfied and full when they leave. You will be served on plates, no paper or plastic baskets with your meal. The coffee is fresh all day, and along with all other beverages they are bottomless. Besides eggs, bacon,sausage, pancakes, and so many other old fashion breakfast foods, we have a very popular crunchy french toast. Its coated with a sweet cereal that will bring back memories of your childhood. Also for you brave guys or gals, theres the Big Breakfast with two 12" inch pancakes and 5 other breakfast fillers piled high. This item has yet to be finished, even as your Mom tells you to clean your plate !

The old fashion service we were all used to before the big box restaurants moved in and with their fast food. Well ours is good food fast, as fast as the cook can make it. And since im the cook I know that everything I prepare is fresh. Nothing is prepared the day before. While im cooking Betsy is happy to keep your cups filled and fresh with your favorite beverage.
Here is Betsy, the best waitress,cashier,table cleaner, floor sweeper, and anything else thats needed up front.Tip her well because I cant afford to pay her !!!!!

We Smoke All Our Own Meats
At least once a week usually Friday or Saturday Big John spends the day outside with the smoker watching the Baby Back Ribs, Pork for pulled pork, Chicken halves, and sometimes 6-8 pounds of bottom round beef for slicing. There is nothing better than eating smoked meat after its cooked for six to eight hours, at a low heat.
